Thanks, Doug! A friend of mine has one of these, and I am impressed with his. I decided I really need one too. I've been waiting for another sale (I missed the Musician's Friend sale a while back). Adding to my cart right...now!

Also you can get the SN-2 for $12 something from amazon. This is the red one that you can use for any instrument and it has both vibration sensing and a microphone sensor in addition to the ability to tune basses, violins, or any instrument, in addition to guitars. I have one and it seems indispensable.
