After searchin for a year i ve found this cool 1860 house (Chick not inclued) which is in the country side but only 10 minutes only from Quebec s Bridges and 15 from downtown..
The house was fully renovated 8 years ago..
I am at the Notary stage now and should be movin in about 10 days..

Big party to come with friends and musician buddys..

Very nice! Great wood flooring. Is that a wood burning heater? Those stairs are steep!
