Hi Fretters,
I recently brought this amp secondhand from a guy who sadly passed away. He only played it once so it is kind of special to me. IF you want a clean "clapton beano" sound then this is the amp. Fully handwired and made in the UK...

Thanks guys, I love the sound of it, the only downside is that it has no re-verb. This is quickly fixed by a EHX reverb pedal.

Ahh yeah! I missed this thread before I LOVE these amps, in fact my Ceriatone is pretty exact a copy of one, sounds just like this amp. I bought it instead of a Marshall simply due to the price difference.
I absolutely love the sound these amphs yield when pushed with a strong active pickup loud - I prefer EMG85 - superb, huge, warm but AC/DC style blissful crunch which doesn't get mushy but retains clarity. Add a little OD to taste for a very smooth warm driven sound. Been my main amp for four years.
