Here is an acoustic I traded for this evening. It plays and sounds amazing. :rockya

Blueridge BG-60 Acoustic & Case

Crafted with a select solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and a traditional dovetail neck joint for pure tone. Traditional slope-shoulder construction with a 16" lower bout and 24-3/4" scale length. Exclusive diamonds-and-snowflakes pearl inlay motif delivers vintage vibe. The slim mahogany neck makes it a truly enjoyable guitar to play.

Blueridge BG-series guitars are made with the same techniques as their vintage American counterparts, including many by-hand processes. Like the best instruments, Blueridge guitars aren't overbuilt; they're crafted to be light and resonant. Meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship are evident in the traditional hand-carved parabolic X-bracing that allows the solid Spruce top to ring loud and true. All Blueridge BG-series guitars feature a traditional dovetail neck joint, slim mahogany neck, adjustable truss rod, and vintage-style tuning machines, with an updated mechanism for modern precision and feel.

I played one of these in a shop the other day, not a bad AJ/SJ copy at all. If it's anywhere near as good as the BR-43CE I had for a while it'll be great. Blueridges can be very nice indeed.

Very nice, PS! I love the rosewood back/sides and the fretboard inlays.
It looks like you got a good quality addition to the family.

Congrats. Blueridge guitars are among the very best Chinese-made guitars I've played - loud and resonant. Wear it out well!

I love the passive-aggressive way you point out that it's Chinese-made. ;)

I'm not passive-aggressive; I'm paranoid schizophrenic!
