I (http://www.chordpulse.com/lite.html) haven't had the chance to try it yet, but the folks over there seem to love it. The full version is only $28, if you like the free version.

Along the same line but somewhat different:
Chord pad- make chord progressions real fast (http://www.desktopmetronome.com/wpsite/products/chord-pad/). i use it for scale practicing, i lay down e.g. all Minor chords one after another and go on and practice pentatonic for example in all keys. And at one key press or click I swithc to Major or Dominant chords etc... Great fun to use it and has many styles:
