Do you have any competitions going on? I was a member on another forum and they had a nice thing going. Each month they'd post a backing track (as short as 2 mins.) that someone would compose and members would take that and play along with the track and post them back. Then they voted amongst themselves and picked a winner. Was a kind of fun thing. (no prizes of course :))
