Whole guitar body resonance?

Tooling around with my new ukelele, I discovered that at least one specific note really makes the whole body resonate and gives a powerful ring. It almost sounds overdone, yet I really like it when playing a transcription of the intro to Marley's Redemption Song I am working on.

I am new to acoustics, so I have to ask, is this common?
Nasty resonance that I just happen to like?
