Lookie here!

The La Cabronita was a Custom Shop Tele design with two TV Jones humbucker Gretsch style pickups. It was insanely expensive, yet popular at the same time. Here is the more affordable version.

Looks cool, though I would like a tone knob. Reverand makes something similar that looks cool, and I still like that Twang King JimP posted about sometime back. A gretchified tele of some sort still is on my radar.

I've wanted a Cab since I first saw one. And the pre-embargo Habanas make it even more GAS-worthy!

I don't like the color choices, though. Already have black and blonde Teles, and I'm not a huge fan of the sunburst on that particular model. For that much money, I can build my own with Warmoth parts, and a nice Tangerine Pearl finish.

I wanted the 60th anniversary version but just could come to terms with at $1799.99 but his could easily be a must have for me.

"Fidelitron" would have to be a copy of the Gretsch or TV Jones Filtertron pickups.

yeah not having real TV Jones pups changes the whole desire for this axe.

I heard that they sound pretty thin compare to the original Filtertron :nope
