I need new-everything computer-wise, very old, tired stuff running now.
One item I am possibly considering is a netbook, the 10-inch or so kind, but am not sure if I will like it.
I am aware that they have all sorts of limitations.
It will be supplemented by a larger laptop (older, and soon, new one) and a few older "rescue" desktops running Linux, or XP for the odd thing that requiring it... I am running a (almost) no-kill shelter for these things...
