Happy New Stompbox Modeler Pedal Day! (Line 6 M9).

A good friend had loaned me his for a long time, but he finally needed it back. Didn't realize how much I liked it. And I had gotten complacent about the status of my board as I had not had to move it in a while. Well, I got to jonesing, and after looking a while found this one. I think a fair price shipped, and cheaper before shipping than used at GC. Also, this one looks pretty clean. Should show up by the end of the week I hope.
This time, I am going to learn a lot more about what it can do and use more of the features, especially for modulation type effects. I also am going to add an expression pedal, and use it for a wah. Not the ideal place in the chain for a wah as my separate stomp box dirt will before it. But, I can set up some dirt within the M9 for wah use, and just experiment with the dirt ahead in the chain and see if it works. This is going to springboard me into finishing building up a proper board in a case. I plan on hand building and using an old Samsonite as a case. Now I have to go find Robert's thread on when he did that ages ago. Details on that project to come later.
