no sound on my xaviere x 870

i received it about a month ago, looks great but when i plug it in it crackles when im touching the pickguard, sounded to me like a grounding problem,i had the option of sending it back but i like the feel and sound. so i opened it up to check out the wireing and i accidently broke a wire away from its solder location, so i dont know where it goes . can any one send wire diagram for this guitar.

Send it back for repair, not replacement. Jay Abend is the owner of Guitar Fetish, and he will stand by his products (no, he's not my brother-in-law - just going by experience & what I've heard). You'll probably need to shield the pickguard & control cavities, but that's easy enough to do.

post a picture and where does the other end of the wire go? do you have a glob of solder on a pot end or somewhere that has no wire going to it??? should be the same as a standard 3 coil strat
