Cool! Just seeing it makes me want to play. Unfortunately, I gave myself the mother of all paper cuts on my left index finger.

I would describe the neck as "comfortable".
It's neither fat nor chunky, but it's a little bigger than the "modern C".
It just feels good, if that makes any sense. I have three rehearsals (with different bands) this week, plus a gig on Friday, and so far I am very happy with the guitar.
I've heard others say that the older version of the JB model had a baseball bat neck. I'd love to get my hands on one of those.
I like me some chunk.
Oh...forgot to mention; the guitar itself feels substantial. It weighs about 9lbs. I picked out the heaviest one. I think the heft adds to the tone, for sure.

Cool and congrats!

How "noiseless" are the pickups? Any impact on tone?

No "buzz", "hum" or other interference in positions 1 through 5. I LOVE that idea.
They are dual coil ceramics. They coils are stacked. So, the tone can approach...say....perhaps a lower output humbucker (to my ears), without jeopardizing the classic Strat tones you know and love.

Absolutely! Having a ball with it. The only things I don't use it for are a couple of songs in drop-D tuning. It messes up the tension with a floating trem.
I always bring a backup guitar anyway, so no sweat.
