Here's our band covering a classic Fab Tbirds tune from the Jimmy Vaughan era (I think, anyway) Fans seem to really like this one. Your feedback always appreciated.

Real nice version. Great solos too. Vocals are decent too though nobody gets the Kim Wilson style down...that isn't a criticism, just a statement that he's tough to copy. That said, the git work more than makes up for anything missing. The rhythm work is outstanding, which is a Fab T-bird trademark.

I was hoping to see if you would play some slide in this tune. Neither JV or Tab Ramos played slide and a part of me was hoping for a solo because that would have made me fall out of my chair. lol

thanks pbp. Never thought of slide for that tune but will now. That's why feedback is so welcome and useful

We also cover this song for years with my band and I must say you're doing a good job at it :thumbsup the guitar sounds good and the vocals too even if like like Piedbalpython I agree that it's pretty rough to reach Mr Wilson amazing groovy and tasty way of singing. Maybe a little tremolo on the guitars will help to get closer to the original tune :)
