Well my kids are at home playing wii so I thought I'd get pizza at my favorite place. It a really small joint that uses a stone oven & makes great real pies.
I live just outside their delivery area.
Well they were closed, so I headed to choice #2. While the pies were cooking & slipped down the block to the local brewpub. sometimes they have a live band. No band, but the brewmeister had brought out a private reserve wooden oak keg of winter ale & was in the process of tapping it with a big wooden mallet. Free samples all around.

There were about 5 other brew afficianados there talking about their homebrew. They obviously got a heads up about this. Unfortunately, I had to stop after a few samples...8% alcohol & I had to drive home.
Can't beat that!!!
