** SOLD **

Thanks for looking.

Here's a 2000 Epiphone Dot (ES-335 type) semi-hollowbody in unbelievable shape for its age and with multiple upgrades. Made in the Un Sung factory in Korea. The stock pickups have been replaced with a Duncan SH-2 Jazz at the neck and SH-4 JB at the bridge. Additionally, I completely re-did the controls with push-pull pots & speed knobs all around. Both humbuckers can be coil-split, they can be run out of phase a la Peter Green, or they can be run in series with each other for a huge, fat tone. The tuners are the best I've ever run into on an inexpensive guitar. The neck is fairly thick, but not a "baseball bat", by any means, and has a nice dark rosewood fingerboard. The guitar plays very well and sounds just great. The neck pickup is perfect for round jazzy tones with the tone rolled down, or a fat, bluesy sound with the treble up and some gain on the amp. The JB bridge pickup just flat screams when cranked up, but also has a nice, biting clean tone without sounding harsh. Comes with the original hardshell case. $350 + shipping to the US or Canada. PayPal only. PM if interested.

No kidding. That "big deal" you have teased us about must be something big indeed!
