EDIT 5/31/14: SOLD!!!
It pains me greatly to let this finely crafted and flat-out GORGEOUS guitar go, but with my recent PRS Studio purchase, I have to sell it. This is a 2006 Carvin Custom Shop CT6M "California Carved Top" model with Sperzel locking tuners, string-through body, tune-o-matic bridge, Carvin C22 humbuckers, and a bookmatched AAAA quilted maple top over a Honduran mahogany body. Mahogany set neck with 25" scale length, ebony fingerboard, abalone block fret markers, medium-jumbo frets and 14" radius. Controls are master volume, master tone w/ push/pull coil splitter, and 3-way pickup selector switch. Gold hardware, including Schaller strap locks. Vintage tweed hardshell case. I priced it out on Carvin's website, and the guitar with these features & options would cost $2,028 today, including their customary $100 discount. But you can have this one for W-A-A-A-Y-Y less than that!
When I bought this on eBay, it was advertised as "used" but in mint condition. The seller posted--no lie--93 photos of the guitar, from every angle conceivable, and it was clear that the "mint" description, for a change, was no exaggeration. When I received the guitar and inspected it closely, it was obvious that it had never been played--not a mark on it anywhere, no scratches on the frets, no pick rash, no buckle marks on the back, NO NUTHIN'! Truly in LIKE NEW condition...and it's still that way. I can even provide a ZIP archive of the original owner photos by e-mail upon request (serious inquiries only, please). Bottom line: Looks great, plays great, sounds great. Check out these video links to see the CT6 in action:

Because I got a great deal on the guitar when I bought it, I can pass it along at a similarly ridiculously low price: $1099 including shipping to the CONUS. Will also ship to HI-AK-CAN for a modest additional charge (amount depending upon location). Sorry, no international shipping except Canada. PayPal payment ONLY. PM me if interested.
