My pedalboard keeps getting packed....and I can't help myself....but all these pedals are so awesome....
Now here's the newest additon, the TC Electronics Flashback Mini Delay. I am so convinced of TC products that there was actually no other option than going with the Flashback. I mean, the possibilities you have with this pedal are great. For one it has a very tiny footprint, which I totally love and appreciate, further it has the strum function, which works just as the tap function, but you hold down the footswitch for a sec which mutes the sound, then you just strum on your guitar the beat/tempo and release the footswitch again - there you go - uncomplicated and intelligently solved. The best part though is the Toneprint app and possibility to tweak your delays. It's incredible how good this works. Via the smartphone app you chose for e.g. one of the many artist presets, then hold the smartphone against your pickups and you hear a beeping noise which directly transmits the preset to your pedal. You can also download the software to tweak the preset further on your pc/mac. The Flashback offers the wide range of delays, from Tape (my favourite) to Analog, Digital, Modulated, Reverse, etc. I could even imagine swithcing the delay type dfuring gigs with my smartphone, it really takes only a few seconds to do it.

All in all a fantastic pedal, true bypass of course and it does no harm to your tone.

Here's a quick video of the pedal, for those who haven't been hearing it so far.

I like the idea of their mini Hall of Fame reverb too. These TC pedals are starting to show up on a lot of pro's pedal boards.

The HOF is a tremendous reverb pedal. I was about to order it for my JTM45, but then bought the Two Rock which features an excellent tube reverb unit. Anyways, what I heard from the HOF was a very warm and musical reverb compared to some others out there in the market. The Flashback is my second TC pedal and it looks like also this one is going to be an always on/can't live without it pedal. The TC Spark mini on my board does pure magic to my sound. I think I will have to apply for a job with TC - it's been a long time since products have convinces me that much....

 Very cool.
I like the wireless Toneprint function. I need to set it up for my Alter Ego 2 Delay.
