All it takes is a quick distraction, a momentary loss of orientation and it's all over. Flying over Shepherd's Lake I did just that - I took my eye off the prize for just a moment - and crashed my drone.
It did clean up rather nicely but I had to replace the gimbal as the first unit wasn't quite working correctly after the incident. I took it out today to make sure everything was tip top. Lesson learned...
