Freak Kitchen Another great Swedish band.

Mattias "IA" Eklundh is the guitar player and an amazing one at that. He sings and plays incredible guitar at the same time.

I finally got their album "Organic" and I am totally sold. Great songwriting, hooks, melodies, you name it. Great sense of humor I might add.

Here is their home page. http://www.freakkitchen.com/index.html
They also have a couple of videos http://www.freakkitchen.com/video/

If you like tasteful rock with sometimes thoughtful lyrics, and guitar that goes from slow, bluesy and toneful to rock and nasty then check them out.

Thanks Spud for pointing them out. From the spelling in your thread, I take it they play through fender Tweeds?

Matthias is one of the greatest because his style is so unique!
This guy really rocks!

I met him once - attached a picture.

He is way cool! I always thought about taking part in his Freak Guitar Camp near Gothenburg during the summer!

There must be something they put in the water in Sweden....I know I repeat myself, but Sweden rocks!

He is a columnist for the Swedish guitar mag "Fuzz" as well, and a real talented guitarist. He likes to play with vibrators! (on the guitar that is)

I hadn't seen that. It's BEAUTIFUL! What a treat and choices too.
That is also a good demonstration of why never to go wireless. A cable is a must or you'll just be gone.
