Actually they were among the first to use radio in their guitars (at least here). Bo Winberg is a really good guitarist, check out this video too:

Don´t dig too deep in this Spud! I hear that the hardcore spotnicks fans are all over the web searching for victims. And they dont like to hear that their legendary Winberg could be involved in a playback scam! :D

I really have a hard time listening to surf music.. I dont think that I could handle a entire album of this. Not even (or perhaps especially not) Dick Dale.

But look at those radio receiving ears! I bet that dude can tune in to most satellite channels ;)

I'd have a hard time with a steady diet of it too. But aren't they just the cutest band you ever saw? I have to say that for what they were doing in 1962 I'm pretty impressed though.

Yeah, there was a "surf wave" here at that time. Green just like Mr Jirons soon to be classic strat. Of course the only thing involved in that wave was the music... I dont think that surfboards were available until the 70´s.
