Quite literally, 3 strings on my Turser went crappy flabby overnight. Only a couple months old. The only thing I changed prior was a little 3'n1 oil on friction areas.
? ?

Were the friction areas on the three strings that went bad?

It's possible that if your flabby strings are the wound ones then that 3 in one oil did its job of penetrating and flowed all under the wraps. Time for new strings and this time use a pencil lead for friction.
