Funny. The very first Plankton song that I ever heard was Pickadoll. Great stuff.

A friend directed me to plankton.nu - I had totally missed this. Great band and guitar playing. Very cool!

If you haven't checked them out yet, go to http://www.plankton.nu/music.html

Thats a good one marnold:eek:

I put a song on one day just briefly and tried to play along a bit to learn a couple things because that is about all I could learn from these guys and it appeared like they were tuned a half step lower. Have you guys run across this? I know Jimi did this quite a bit and I am thinking about dedicating one guitar to this tuning so I can just grab and play.

These guys are awesome, I have a couple of their CD's. Turn it uuuppppppp!!!!

Thanks

It's common to tune down a half step for those who use heavy strings. Fatter sound with heavier strings, but harder to play. Tuning down compensates somewhat for this problem.
