Hey Fretters,

I have heard that there is an article on J Bonamassa in the new Vintage Guitar Magazine, where he tells about the fact that he was booked to play with SRV, but SRV died before it could happen.

Unfortunately, I can not get my hands on this magazine over here in Germany. Has ayn of you the article maybe and can scan and post it, or at least tell what he says about the background?

I've just recently been getting into Joe Bonnamassa (what a GREAT player!). I read somewhere that he opened for BB King when he was 12, so its conceivable that he may have indeed been booked to open for SRV.
