Thanks for looking!!

================================================== =======

Back when Music123 had their big closeout deal on the Fullerton electrics, I bought one of the ST4 HSS "Fat Strat"-style models and liked it so much that I ordered another. My original intent was to use this second one as a gift for a family friend, but that didn't pan out, since it turned out he already had an electric guitar. Consequently, I'm offering it for sale now on eBay. It's a $45 buy-it-now listing, viewable HERE (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330148263853). I've checked out the guitar myself, so you don't have to worry about getting one with a funky neck or some other major defect. These really are amazingly good guitars; I did a couple of upgrades on the first one I bought and play it almost daily now. More details are given in the eBay listing, including the guitar's minor "weak points", which are easily and VERY cheaply fixed. Makes a great "starter" instrument, an inexpensive second (or third, or fourth, or....) guitar, or a good "mod project" guitar if you want to hack and drill without worrying about your $$ investment.

So if you missed the "Fat Fully" sale first time around, here's a chance to nail one on the rebound. Here's a couple of pix; the eBay listing has more:

I can't get past the very phallic-like headstock or I'd pick this up to leave in the office.

Voodooman, How does the guitar sound like a strat? or something in between?

Pretty much as you'd expect--Stratish on the middle and neck p'ups, humbuckery at the bridge. Quite versatile--this is my first HSS guitar, and I can see why they're popular. I have a used Duncan Custom 5 in the bridge now, and the thing freakin' SCREAMS. When I have an EVH attack, this is the guitar I pick up!
