I intend to use a soundhole pickup in my Harmony H1203 Sovereign.
My M1 Baggs doesn't fit the soundhole, which is 1/2 in. smaller than regular dreadnoughts.
I was thinking to get an old DeArmond soundhole pickups. I know that they haven't the most 'acoustic' tone, but I guess they will fit greatly by blues playing.
I saw that several slihtly different models exist, the most common being mod. RHC-B and mod. 210.
I know now that mod. RHC-B has non-adjustable polepieces. I wonder if it has major issues of unbalanced string output?
Opinion and comments on these pickups are very welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Carlo
