Does anyone know how to perform the Small Stone anti volume drop mod or know where to find out about it? I'm looking all over Analogman's website and I only see where they sell their own modded pedals. I think this is something anyone can do on their own.

Here's a link for you, Tone. The suggestion is from the effects uber-guru R.G. Keen, so the source doesn't get much more credible than that....

Excellent. Thank you sir. I'll take a look at the board and see if I can locate these resistors. I'm assuming they'll be labeled as such on the board?

I'd doubt it. But THIS LABELED SCHEMATIC (http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/diagrams/smallspl.gif) shows the two resistors of interest (R7 and R42). You just have to be careful to orient the board the same way as the drawing when you ID them. Keen says to replace R42 with a 10K and see if that fixes the volume drop problem.
