I'm pretty sure they do!

Then it's wrapped in 'Back Bacon' and deep fried.

And since most of us up here are Lumber Jacks, this is our preferred method of carving the bird... :saw:

Canadians and Wild Turkey weekend?:confused: This is the first I've ever heard about it. What the heck am I doing in the states? We don't have any weekends like this. That settles it. I'm moving. Alberta here I come. :AOK:

Happy T.G. to all you Fretters up there in the Great While North! We still have to wait another 7 weeks for our turkey & fixins down here south of the border. So have a drumstick (and maybe a shot of that Wild Turkey) for us....

We got a jump on our Thanksgiving Wednesday - freezer broke and we had turkey - mmmmmmmmmmmmm, it was good.
