Let's keep the responses limited to one album of any genre, the one that you absolutely positively couldn't live with being removed from your collection. For me, it would have to be Miles Davis' In a Silent Way.

'Fully Completely' - The Tragically Hip

1. Courage (For Hugh Maclennan)
2. Looking For A Place To Happen
3. At The Hundredth Meridian
4. Pigeon Camera
5. Lionized
6. Locked In The Trunk Of A Car
7. We'll Go Too
8. Fully Completely
9. Fifty-Mission Cap
10. Wheat Kings
11. The Wherewithal
12. Eldorado

This would be mine. IMHO, there's not a weak track to be had.

Regards... David.

Hmm, tough one. Off the top of my head, as, an album, not just a collection of songs, . . . . .

I guess I have to say Abbey Road by the Beatles.

Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon follows

Yes - Fragile and Abbey Road are tied for me.

Maybe not the one I think is the best, but it is my favorite

Rolling Stones - Exile On Main Street

No doubt about it for me--it's "Crazed Hipsters" by Finnegan and Wood.

Jerry Wood played the guitar like a madman (past tense--cocaine addiction took him).

Mike Finnegan is a true master on the piano, and plays Ray Charles covers better than Ray, himself.

It's a true masterpiece, can't be without it, or I'll die :( .

Either Hemispheres, a farewell to kings, or Rush, by Rush.

Man, tough to nail it down to one, but back me into a corner and I guess I'd say Hendrix's Electric Ladyland. Let It Bleed would be right up there, too, along with Couldn't Stand the Weather....

OK, if forced to choose, I pick Born to Run (Springsteen) with Roy Buchanan a close second.
