View Full Version : Just bought my first tube amp off of eBay

Well, after getting bugged for a long time from a buddy, I decided to get a tube amp. At first, I really wanted a
Valve Jr + weber Mini Mass, due to this video (and others he has) on youtube:

As I understand it, it's a stock Jr cranked all the way, and stock except for a tube swapout. While looking around on
eBay, I ran across a Valve Standard......it had a noted problem with the DSP section, but I really did not care about
that, I was interested in the fact it was all tube, had an EQ, digital reverb & a master volume control.

Hopefully I can get similar results from a master volume control (as I understand it) as from a attenuator....if not, I may try
