Hairspray

I just watched the movie Hairspray with John Travolta. Some of the scenes were a bit too much to watch but the music was really good. There is some fantastic guitar playing on the soundtrack. Great rhythm comping and some tasty tones and riffing in almost every number. I was very impressed. I don't know who played on it but they are really good.

So if you are looking for a new soundtrack to add to all your Broadway theater collection forget it because this one will kick all their butts. This cheese stands alone.

Although I didnt like Hairspay, John Waters flicks are usually pretty cool.

HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!

If someone asks you to watch his movie Pink Flamingos, and you havent watched it,,,, do yourself a favor and skip it.
