I'd originally put this post up here on Saturday January 6. At first, I was selling her personally. The situation has changed, so I've copied & edited it to reflect that:

Tacoma's top-of-the-line dreadnaught, and she's one of the last ones made, from 2006 - s/n J2370010 - and when I bought her this past April, times were good. Now they're not, and I've got to let her go to someone who'll play her gloriously. Frankly, I could never adjust to the 1.75" nut; I move from electric to acoustic, and all my other acoustics are narrower nut & slimmer necked. So I really haven't played her much. Virtually mint. Never left the smoke-free house.

Last List Price for this beauty was $2,399, including the supberb hardshell case. Solid Sitka spruce top, solid Rosewood (not Brazilian) sides & 3-piece back (like a Martin D-35). Koa bindings top, back, sides and fretboard. One-piece Mahogany neck. Ebony bridge, fretboard & pins (w/ abalone inlays). Tusq nut & saddle. Abalone rosette, purfling, fret markers and headstock logo. The Tacoma LR Baggs Miratone preamp is a modified version of the Baggs Element System with UST - Bass, Treble, Notch & Volume.

Here's a few indoor & outdoor photos. She hasn't a ding or a scratch, those are only reflections if anything looks funny:

SITUATION UPDATE:
As of yesterday, Jan. 8, she's on consignment at my local GAS Station & Tacoma dealer, Roll Over Beethoven's Music, Hesperia, CA.

If you're interested, their phone number is (760) 244-8822, and ask for Willie or Tom, who are handling this for me. They're open M-F 10am-6:30pm, S-S 10am-5pm (Pacific).

When I offered her to y'all here on Jan. 6, I was asking for $1,250 US, shipped, assuming lower 48 states USA. They've got a significantly higher price tag on her now. But if one of y'all have got to have her, and mention this forum & my post when you call, make a reasonable offer, they'll get ahold of me. Maybe things will work out and you can have the guitar of your dreams that didn't quite fulfill mine.

PM me if you'd prefer to discuss before calling them. Thanks.

Wowee, Wingsdad! That's a beaut.

Since it is nearly 10 times what I have ever paid for a guitar, I'm gonna have to pass.

Good luck all around!

My situation with the sale of this guitar has changed. I've edited the original post accordingly. I realize most of y'all are primarily electric players. But...this IS a primo acoustic/electric, many players consider the equal of a Taylor, Martin, and certainly now, Guild, since that's what the Tacoma factory produces for Fender now instead of this type of guitar.

Just got word today...sold by the store I'd consigned her to.
She's going to a new home in Tennessee  ...
