Ok everyone I found this forum right before Christmas . I followed the forum on the import guitars ( haven't had an electric import guitar since an Electra in the 70's ) So I bought a Douglas LP copy from Rondo , haven't got it yet but I will have it Tuesday. Not the end of the story I dug the Strat out over the holiday and started polishing my chops and decided I would like to give the band thing another whirl. I went to Houston Bands .net, found an ad that interested my style threw my hat in the ringer auditioned along with the other four guitar players and got picked . We will be gigging in 6 weeks playing some old rock and rhythmn and blues. The wife has already started laying the rules down . :rockon:

Rules? That all goes out the window once you are in the band. You make the rules then. :rockon: Rock and roll rules! (btw. this is why I was single for so long)

No way Gene is just like a local Icon with that damn panty song . It has made him lots of money.
