I was going to suggest a Crybaby Classic. What are you looking for in a wah?

This probably will be moved to the pedal section..
But.. the crybaby classic fasel was neat..
seems alot of people like the vox too..
Recenty, that darn Marnold poked:poke:
a bunch of people around here with his digitech ex7..
which has both wahs, a whammy and some space station swells..
not to mention a bunch of other effects..
you might want to look into one of them too..

Which Wah did you use on "I love You"?
it sounded pretty darn good..

When you got the chance..
how about posting that Ravin song in members clips..
and let us know how ya did it.. setup, equipment etc..
if you have the time that is..

good luck finding a Wah...Wah.. Wah..wah..wah..

I just found an Ibanez WD7, seems controllable and customizable Anything I ever used was the Regular Crybaby I am sure it was not a special one... I will look into the digitech also Thanks a million

I will do that posting thingy tomorrow. I just got back and have to work Saturday and do an Elvis Show. Thanks for inquiring about the sound! Mark

What is your budget for the pedal? That might help. I would say a Fulltone Clyde but that might be out of your price range.

I have a Crybaby 535Q (http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Dunlop-Crybaby-535Q-MultiWah-Pedal?sku=151016) that I like very much. The added controls give you much greater control over the "shape" of the wah. It even has a built-in variable boost kick switch.

The wah pedal that has impressed me the most was the RMC Picture Wah:

It has a very smooth frequency sweep, making it useful for many styles of music...

I will probably order one soon ;)
