As you can tell from the title I'm from Cleveland, Ohio and I'm 42 years old. I'm a mechanic but I'll work on anything, but my passion is fabrication. I started playing the guitar when I was 8 but was taking lessons from an old german guy who showed me tunes like "Roll Out The Barrell" so I hated it. I've been playing on and off since then, seriously for the last 6 years.

For my gear I have a '90 Les Paul Standard, '90 Ibanez Radious 540, Marshall 3203, 1936 2x12 cab, Crate G600XL head, Avitat 2x12 cab, GSP21 prossesor and a couple of pedals.

Songs I like to play Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Sabbath, Judas Priest, the old stuff.

Hope I didn't bore you too much. Glad to be here and hope to learn alot.

FLHX,

Hey welcome to the forum. I think you will find this place very informative and entertaining.

I'm an ex-Clevelander and was raised down in W25th and Dennison area. Went to West Tech and blah blah blah.

Live south of there now in Aurora.

Well, I look forward to some interesting conversation with you.

Glad you stopped by and introduced yourself.

Geeze, about the only things I fabricate are stories about how big the fish I catch are! ;)

I remembered the FLH designation on the older Harley's, that's why I asked.

Welcome to TheFret, FLHX! Glad to have you with us. :AOK:

Cleveland, huh? I've been wanting to get out there for a week in the warm weather and (1) see the Rock'n'Roll HoF, (2) catch a game at the Jake, and (3) ride all the good coasters at Cedar Point. Hotels are kind of expensive, though, so could you put me & my family up for the week? We won't be too much trouble, I promise. Oh, we'll need new towels each morning and we prefer fresh-squeezed orange juice. Not too much pulp, though. Try to remember that.... ;) :D

I'm right near by, I'll supply towels, you bring your pedals. I'll even score you some good tickets for the Jake (although it's now owned by Progressive so we are referring to it as the Prog)

No problem, I'll even have my chauffeur pick you and your family up from the airport.

You guys sure know how to make a guy feel welcome.

Speaking of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I've lived here my whole life and still haven't made it there.
