I'll try.

Go to youtube and copy the portion of the page address to the right of the equal sign (=).

Go back to your post and click on the youtube icon, your cursor should be in the middle, paste your address and that should do it. Not a real technical explanation, but it should work.

I think youtube might be down right now, I can't pull up the site.
