German guitar magazine "Gitarre & Bass" mad an interesting little test.
They compared the sound of an original 59 Les Paul with the sound of the reissued model.

Scroll down a little bit, you can watch 4 videos, two of eacht guitar, the first two vids are shot with the original guitar.
I think both sound awesome, but I like the original a little more. What a sound, just perfect to my ears!
