Well, Alessa's out of the coma, she has NO pain at all from her RSD/CRPS, she can stand and today, she took her first steps with assistance from me!!! Talk about your PRICELESS Mastercard moment. She and I walked up and down a 75 ft hallway 4 times. It TIRED her out to be sure but she wanted to do it and WE are all thrilled. :bravo:

No pics as it was just Alessa, myself and my wife. Alessa and I walked and my wife was behind Alessa, pushing her wheelchair in case Alessa got tired and needed to rest and sit down. I couldn't believe how well she walked with virtually no help from me!! She was shakey at physical therapy late last week and had tried nothing WALKING-wise since Friday other than just standing to get in and out of her wheelchair. Big JUMP today!!

If only my guitar playing could progress at such a level :D I'd be Eddie Freakin' Van Halen in no time! ;)

Thoughts, prayers, good wishes, positive energy, good karma, or whatever cranks your tractor continue to head your way.

Beautiful news Pie, it's great to know that God is still around taking care of those who ask his help and is still listening to prayers sent His way. May He continue to bless your household and give your daughter the chance to have the good life she has been deprived off for so long. Take care my friend.

The latest update on the Baby Cobra...............she is still RSD PAIN-FREE!!!......amazing......she gets a ketamine booster this coming Monday and Tuesday.....she is starting to WALK on her own without a "walker"....what a smile she has on her face!!!.....us too!!......she went out to dinner with friends a few times and did great without us......she still has some stomach pain from taking 22 pills a day for 4 years, but that is ever so gradually going away too.....nothin' but roses for the kid.......

Man, fair play. That is most excellent. I don't know what happened, all I read was 'coma' and 'walking again,' but I don't think anything else is needed. That is a miracle in itself. The strength that Alessa has is astounding. We can all learn from that. Give her all the luck in the world - although with that kind of strength, I'm not sure she will need it much :AOK:

I bet you and your wife are over the moon. Take care, dude.
