so i am heading to nyc for the jvc jazz festival in June. So far the only ticket i have is to see Etta James and Susan Tedeschi at Carnegie Hall on Tuesday June 20th.
I'm not sure what exact dates i'll be in town but it will be 4 or 5 days around the 20th.
Would love to get together with any of the fretters.
I will be staying with a friend in queens but will be in the city probably everyday (just a quick ride on the E). Anyone else planning on catching any shows during the festival? I would be up for lunch, dinner, local club music, guitar shop lurking, whatever.
