Perhaps we should invoke a single artist/band, max. 2-disc content limitation?

Tough one....

Hendrix' Electric Ladyland would be on my short list, as would Derek & the Dominos' Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs. Decisions, decisions....

I'm sorry, I just can't do this. Pick only one CD?

It's impossible.... it's like saying,

"Pick only one food to eat for the rest of your life"

"Pic only one movie to watch the rest of your life"

"Pick only one woman to be with the rest of your life"...
Uh, wait a minute, I did that....

I think my head is going to explode....

I'll take none. I will make my own music someday and this would give me greater motivation. Plus I would get everyones address and visit them when I want to hear music, except Shiner.

Are you Experienced Jimi Hendrix 1967. This album changed my world.
If I couldn't get that one for some reason. The next would be
Bridge of Sighs Robin Trower.

Awww, come on Strum! I've been practicing a little "butt" music lately. It sounds kinda like a bass drum . . . if you put your fingers in your ears and say "la la la la" real loud.:D

Katastrophe, love Queensryche.:dude:

I agree about it being hard to pick one. The album I listen to most frequently (according to Amarok, my media player) by a long ways is Handel's Messiah. Otherwise it would be a close race between "Operation: Mindcrime" and Dokken's "Tooth and Nail."

Actually if it was only one, it'd probably be something Baroque or classical, preferably with a religious theme, like something by Vivaldi or Hummel or Mozart or Respighi or one of those cats. Although I love secular music from that era too (Water Music, Music for the Royal Fireworks, The Four Seasons, etc.).

ZMan, I like your choices too! Hendrix is the man, but Trower rocks big time too!

If it's KC, wouldn't that be "no butt" music?
