Cool, but why does it say "Photos of Warren shooting off bottle rockets in his backyard in Oregon"? All this time you had us believing you lived in Florida.:rotflmao:

I'm assuming those shots are from your house or near by, can you hear it too?

duh, I just read from your front door:messedup:

sometimes when there is a night launch and it is really quiet i can hear (or more like feel the sound/shock waves) which is pretty amazing since i am about 40 miles inland from where it launches!

We're 30 miles south of launch and get great view & full, albeit slightly delayed, audio. We've driven up the coast a few times to get a better look but never found it worth the drive. Both times we've gone up to the cape the launch was delayed or postponed.

yeah the sound is delayed here too.....i've gone over for 3 or 4 launches and only one of them actually launched! :thwap: it was worth it though... :bravo:

I watched on NASA TV via the net - looked very good. Watching the post-launch NASA press-conference - most questions not really about the launch - but the Russian problems and the future spacecraft.

Thanks to NASA, their folks and all of the space folks at the vendors.
