A video that purportedly shows a living, breathing space alien will be shown to the news media Friday in Denver.

Jeff Peckman, who is pushing a ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver to prepare the city for close encounters of the alien kind, said the video is authentic and convinced him that aliens exist.
"As impressive as it is, it's still one tiny portion in the context of a vast amount of peripheral evidence," he said Wednesday. "It's really the final visual confirmation of what you already know to be true having seen all the other evidence."
When Peckman went before city officials this month to discuss his proposed ET initiative, he promised to show the video.
Peckman said the general public will have to wait to see it because it's being included in a documentary by Stan Romanek.
"No one will be allowed to film the segment with the extraterrestrial because there is an agreement in place limiting that kind of exposure during negotiations for the documentary," he said.
But people won't have to wait too long to see it for themselves.
"There is an open, public meeting in about a month in Colorado Springs," Peckman said. "We'll hope to do one in Denver at some point, and then in a few months, there will be the documentary that anybody can have, and it'll have the footage."
An instructor at the Colorado Film School in Denver scrutinized the video "very carefully" and determined it was authentic, Peckman said.
Peckman, 54, said the video was among the reasons he was "compelled" to launch the proposed ballot initiative, which has generated news as far as South Africa.
"It shows an extraterrestrial's head popping up outside of a window at night, looking in the window, that's visible through an infrared camera," he said. The alien is about 4 feet tall and can be seen blinking, Peckman said earlier this month.
In a statement, Peckman said "other related credible evidence" proving aliens exist will be shown at Friday's news conference, too.
In 2003, Peckman authored an off-beat ballot initiative that would have required the city to implement stress-reduction techniques. The "Safety Through Peace" initiative failed, but garnered 32 percent of the vote.

Hahahaha!!! :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

That's amazing! I wonder if people believe it! Don't get me wrong, considering the average amount of stars in a single galaxy (around a billion or so) times the sheer numbers of galaxies there are (billions) with the fact that most stars will have at least one planet orbiting them. . .the chances of a carbon-based life-form on a small planet orbiting a small star in the edges of a medium-sized galaxy in the corner of the universe being the only complex living organisms in the unfathomably large amount of known space there is will be a very minute chance. We're talking a few million 0's.

This is still pretty funny, though :D

Don't get me wrong. I DO believe that there is something else out there...I don't think this this vid is it, though. :rotflmao:

Don't get me wrong. Nah I wasn't talking about you :D But there is blatantly someone out there (apart from the dude in the article) that is going 'oh man! oh man oh man ohman! We gotta go get canned beans and bottled water. . . Now!'

It's a good alien, though. it doesn't look CGI from what I can tell which means someone must've gone through the effort and made a prosthetic alien. Fair play! It's like that Nessie picture! I was really discouraged when I found out that picture was a hoax. Nessie is out there! (And I live in a haunted pub. My room is haunted. This stuff exists!)

Maybe I'm just cynically gullible. . . If ever a thing exists. . .

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. The East Bay for those that know. My sixth grade teacher was a pony-tailed idealistic teacher straight out of UC Berkeley.

This was in 1973 I think. When were the US Senate hearings on the Watergate affair? These were shown all day long in my class. I could tell you many stories about that class.

My teacher had a darkroom & taught us photography. We glued two paper plates together so that it looked like a flying saucer & taped the top of a typical primary school tempera paint container on top. These had a mustard dispenser type nozzle with a red cap on top.

We then tied a fishing line to the top & laid down on the schoolyard grass to take pictures of our "spaceship". When we developed them we had grainy pictures of what were obviously flying saucers hovering over our school. The fishing line was not visable. The local news came to interview us, but our principal told them that it was a hoax.

No kidding...it is very, very easy to fool the public. ;).

So let me get this straight...

This alien dude (or dudette) traveled thousands of light years across time and space only to land and be a peeping 'tom' in this guys window???

With all that super advanced alien technology, did it really need to stop and take a peek into the window???

---

It's just funny - think of the immense technology needed to cross light years and yet these beings land here and resort to tactics no better than we see in any of those 'stupid criminal' vids. I wonder if it forgot the anal probe???

Cheers,

Bob

Oh, so is there some biological difference in the anuses of those who accept the aliens as their Overlord? I think not. . . . :poke: (I didn't want to get any more graphic than that)
