Great to see this. Different camera angles, I think, than the DVD of the Beacon Show. Get it if you can. It's awesome, and with Greg's health situation, we hope for more Beacon and other shows.

Nice post! I liked that a lot.
Thanks! The first time I heard that song I was driving home from work and wondered "who IS that?" The song was so soulful and the guitar parts and vocals were amazing.

That song is actually a Gov't Mule song that Warren Haynes composed, and the Allmans are doing it regularly now. Fabulous song, fabulous solos.

Great video! Thanks for posting.

2 years ago I bought a live cd by a guy called Larry Mccray. Live on Interstate 61. He plays that song on it in a brilliant version.

Haynes is definitely a genius.

Here's Larry:

Beautiful song! Haynes and Trucks are absolutely brilliant, as usual. I wish I could write tunes like that.:AOK:

Allman Bros and Gov't Mule were in Green Bay last summer. Unfortunately, I found out about it right after the tickets had sold out. I must be more vigilant.

If all works out, I get to see Trucks in a few weeks with his wife Susan here in the Valley. I am getting excited for it!
