Since my instructor has assigned this song as a study piece, and it is a sunny day here on the first official day of summer, I thought I would post this for Friday.

I really like Hendrix's tempo as well or better, and you get Hey Joe too!

And a how to from the men of Cream.

CAUTION!!! ~ Canadian Content, Pretty Girls (nothing offensive), and Banjo Music!

I can't help but think of summer whenever I hear this song. It was a fairly big hit when I was young, and it always brings a smile to my face :)

I'd love to know if anybody else remembers this one.

Happy Summer Fretters :AOK:

David, I had totally forgot about it, but I remember. I put that in with AM radio rock that I remember hearing on portable transistor radios we carried around when we were kids, or on the radio on the way to open swim at the local pool. KJR, and KTAC in Tacoma/Seattle would have had this on.

This one doesn't specifically mention summer, but says summer and AM radio to me. n1x6NNNfVJc, American Woman

I remember this one from the last day of school as well.
