I just met me going the other direction

I was just out for a bicycle ride and on the way back to town I ran into this guy going the other way so I rode with him for a while.

He's from Philadelphia, just lost his job and it has always been a dream to do a cross country bicycle tour...and he plays guitar too. Of course he also happens to be named Steve.:)

Started on the Oregon coast and is heading for Florida. Warren can you get the man some pancakes?

One of the first things he said to me was " I recently really changed my life." Seems like it agrees with him. It was great to meet him and talk to him. He's going to have a great adventure.

After reading the rest of his blog I discovered that not only is he a cyclist now and a guitarist and mid 40's and named Steve but (get this) he is also a lawyer. Go figure.:cool:
