Really amazing that's how you discover how much talent is needed to so theses wonderful songs of Steely Dan. I always thought that the solo part was Larry Carlton but I was wrong :thwap:

Saw that some time ago and it's a great documentary of how they work. These guys are perfectionists, and coupled with incredible song writing talent produced some of the best American music. I have all kinds of CDs and I still listen to them often.

A few years ago I figured out how to play their version of "East St. Louis toodleloo" because I've always wanted to. I had to change things around for the keyboard parts so I can play that on a guitar.
