I've been posting here for a while so I thought I'd introduce myself...

I live in North Wales, been playing guitar a couple of years now (I think). I was bought my first guitar as a present for my 5th birthday, which I stopped playing after a week or so because it made my fingers hurt. (that and I couldn't play any Metallica :rolleyes: )
Took my about another 11-12 years to start playing it again, by which time all the Electronics in it had rusted. :(

My current gear:

Cort Acoustic
Kit-Built Strat copy
Unkown LP Copy (Mahogany body, set mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, no name on it.)
Non-working Encore Single Humbucker Strat (my first guitar)

Harley Benton GA5

Zoom G2.1U
Digitech Screamin' Blues pedal

Why the move from Derbyshire? Away from Castle Donnington? That is prime location for learning metal :D

My mom's family is originally from North Wales, and emigrated to the US & settled in Vermont to work the slate and marble quarries. A great tradition of singers from Wales!
