Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.

It just hit me, so I posted it. No message, except the one you may receive.

Great quote Strum. :bravo:

If you are interested in Old Albert and have not read "Einstein in Love" it's a terrific read.

Another quote while not as profound, equally true..

"Any man who can drive safely while kissing a pretty girl is simply not giving the kiss the attention it deserves."

Nice quote, I'll keep it going. . .

Although not an Einstein quote, there is an old Chinese proverb:

Man who walk through airport turnstyle sideways going to Bangkok.

A few of my favorite Einstein quotes:

Einstein on learning, curiosity, and creativity:

"Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new."

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing."

"The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources."

Einstein on education:

"The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education."

"Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything he learned in school."

Einstein on the human condition:

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe."

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."
