A book! All about Marshall history, well at least up until 1993. Should be nice to drool over for a while, until I get my hands on a real good Marshall babe. :D

...oh, yeah... you're in the GWN... Sorry, can't help you!

I got the book yesterday and kept drooling on it until midnight... honestly - last night I actually dreamt about Marshalls!

What's wrong with me?

And yeah you need to buy that.

Just sell your Hellhound dude. While you're at it sell the Heatseeker and the Vox too. You already have your cabinet. The Marshall would be the only amp you'd need.

..."want" on the other hand is another thing. ;)

I can't count my dreams of amphs and guitars - it was definitely a huge bunch over the past couple 20 years.

Well, the book gives you a good inside knowledge of this great manufacturer and I am sure you will own a real Marshall one time.

By the way, the DSL 100 is a loud monster, but you can get some very hot Texas blues sounds out of it.

If I had the money it would be a model out of the handwired series, proberbly the 1987x.

The 1987xl 50 watt is very interesting too. $1849 for the 1987xl versus $1299 for the DSL 50.

Didn't the book put you $25 further away from owning a Marshall?

Just kidding, it is just the way I look at things sometime. It's like when you settle for a guitar because you can't afford the one you want. Of course that is just one of lifes many decisions.
