Has anybody ever looked up there ^ at the graphics at the top of the page?
I just did & realized that what I thought was a robot is a half a headstock & half a head.
But what is that thing next to it under the "The"?
Cheese? Wood? Half a headcheese?
just strum

Even after I knew that I always thought it was a knight with their face guard pulled down. It always seemed to distract me.

Looks to be a fretboard and hand to me. Guitar body to the left.

Huh?!? Wha?!?
Are we talking about the same "the"? The one in the phrase "TheFret.Net"?
Looks to be cheese & a mouse to me.

Is it one of those magic eye type things? You only see it when you stop trying to see it?

I've probably been to as many Dead shows as you & I still don't see it even with Wacky's "circles & arrows".

I know it is because now I can't see the cheese or the mouse.
I don't know whether to thank you or curse you Wacky ;).

LMAO! As a mod and long time member I have to admit that I've often wondered where the hell that banner collage came from too.

I made it. I needed a header with guitar stuff in it, so I slapped that together quickly.

Took me two or three glynces at it in the begining, but then I figured out what everything was. I always liked it that the guy hides behind a bass guitar headstock although I guess that 98,9% here is guitar related stuff :-)
P.S.: I know a bass is a guitar, too - but you know what I mean :AOK:

So am I the only one who couldn't immediately see the fretboard & hand & was locked in a "Is it wood or is it cheese?" endless loop?
