View Full Version : Help 'tot_Ou_tard' catch a Train!

tot_Ou_tard indicated he had to catch a train in another thread.

I figured I'd give him a hand with a musical post of a song with the word 'Train' in it. If you want to help him out, try to think of another tune with 'Train' in the title and post it here.

Well....'Train' isn't in the title, but the title of this thread popped the opening line of this one's lyric right into my head and it won't go away:

Maybe, but you'll be stopping on your way all the time to run up stairs and raise your fists in the air while you prance around. It could make you late for your train and you might have "Just Missed The Train."

Travelling north, travelling north to find you
Train wheels beating, the wind in my eyes
Don't even know what I'll say when find you
Call out your name love, dont be surprised

It's so many miles and so long since I've met you
Don't even know what I'll find when I get to you
But suddenly now I know where I belong
It's many hundred miles and it won't be long

It wont be long
It wont be long
It wont be long

Nothing at all in my head to say to you
Only the beat of the train I'm on
Nothing I've learnt all my life on the way to you
Only our love that's over and gone

It's so many miles and so long since I've met you
Don't even know what I'll find when I get to you
But suddenly now I know where I belong
It's many hundred miles and it won't be long

It wont be long
It wont be long
It wont be long
